Project Details
A new ground up Olive Garden of 6,500 SF with 135 parking spaces on 2.04 acres of land along Interstate 35 in Ames, Iowa. The site is adjacent to 900 hotel rooms (Spring Hill Suites, Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn, Staybridge) Menard’s, and Theisen’s. The location provides easy access from Interstate 35 and Dayton Avenue to Iowa State University (31,000 students) and acts as a regional hub for Central Iowa. Construction is slated to commence Summer 2025 with an anticipated opening of Winter 2026.

Nearby Park Meadows Mall is over 1.5 million SF, Colorado’s largest mall anchored by Nordstrom, Apple, Crate & Barrel, Tesla, Lululemon and more. Construction will commence Spring of 2025 with anticipated opening Winter of 2026.
